As you may know, the Office of Administrative Law has approved the emergency regulation adjusting ELAP fees. This regulation is effective immediately and payments received after August 29, 2019 must be made according to the new fee schedule.
The previous Base Fee of $1890.00 will now be $2268.00, effective on 8/29/19.
The previous Per Field of Testing Fee of $851.00 will now be $1021.00, effective on 8/29/19.
