The training includes the process of planning, conducting and reporting assessment and audits using Information Communication Technology (ICT). The trainer has over ten years experience in performing audits, assessments and consulting using ICT and this experience will be shared with the attendees. Each class is being offered as a separate registration. Class 1: Introduction to Information Communication Technology This part of the training reviews the basics of performing remote activities using Information Communication Technology (ICT). The types of activities that can be explored by organizations will be reviewed. The do’s and don’ts of doing work remotely (not in an office setting) will be shared. This includes working from home or remote, auditing from home and doing assessments from home. Tips for a successful activity are shared.
