ELAP Regulations Adoption Hearing Scheduled for May 5th

The State Water Resources Control Board will vote on adoption of the proposed Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program regulations at the May 5, 2020 Board Meeting. As a result of the COVID-19 emergency and the Governor’s Executive Orders to protect public health by limiting public gatherings and requiring social distancing, this meeting will occur via video and teleconference only. Instructions for public participation will be included on the meeting agenda and posted to https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/board_info/calendar/ ten days prior to the meeting date.
