ELAP has changed FOT102: Inorganic Chemistry and FOT 103: Toxic Chemical Elements at CA DDW request

In response to a request from the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) has modified its accreditation offerings.  Per the request, ELAP removed the following accreditation offerings:

FOT 102: Inorganic Chemistry of Drinking Water

Subgroup Code Analyte Code Parameter Analytical Method

102.200 001 Fluoride SM 4500F C-1997

FOT 103: Toxic Chemical Elements of Drinking Water

Subgroup Code Analyte Code Parameter Analytical Method

103.020 001 Aluminum SM 3111 D

103.020 002 Barium SM 3111 D

103.050 001 Arsenic SM 3114 B

103.130 005 Cadmium EPA 200.7

103.301 001 Asbestos EPA 100.2

Laboratories who are currently accredited for these subgroups can maintain accreditation through their current accreditation cycle, but will not be able to renew their accreditation for these subgroups upon certificate expiration.
