THIRD-PARTY ASSESSMENTS
On May 5, 2020, the California State Water Resources Control Board adopted comprehensive regulations for the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). The regulations include the practice of using third-party assessment (TPA) agencies as part of the accreditation process in California.

This webinar provides foundational knowledge to attendees about third-party assessment and the new ELAP regulatory requirements. Attendees will hear from ELAP staff, representatives from four TPAs, and colleagues who have experience using third-party assessment for accreditation.
