On May 5, 2020, the California State Water Resources Control Board adopted comprehensive regulations for the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). The regulations include the practice of using third-party assessment (TPA) agencies as part of the accreditation process in California.
This webinar provides foundational knowledge to attendees about third-party assessment and the new ELAP regulatory requirements. Attendees will hear from ELAP staff, representatives from four TPAs, and colleagues who have experience using third-party assessment for accreditation.
